LIPOSUCTION
Pre-Op Pilates Programming
The focus of the pre-op program will be to maximize the overall weight
loss and also to balance alignment and posture as well as general
strengthening and stretching, which will speed up the recovery process
and optimize the final result from the procedure. The Pre- Op program
is designed to start 3 weeks prior to the procedure and 3 times per
week is our recommendation.
A detailed assessment of the postural alignment, weaknesses and
strengths will allow our well trained instructors to create a safe and
very specific to what is necessary for the patient’s body type,
Pilates program which will target the areas Dr. Stelnicki will be
targeting as well and prepare the patient for the procedure. All
Pilates’ equipment will be utilized but mostly the patient will be
using Cadillac which will allow fast advancement in Mat Pilates which
will then become an every day home program. A cardiovascular regimen
is of essence to support the total weight loss as well as balanced
nutrition which the patient will continue to follow as a life style
after the procedure.
Post-Op Pilates Program
The patient has to be cleared by Dr. Stelnicki start with the Pilates
Program. The staff of ProPilates Studio will work very close with Dr.
Stelnicki’s office to ensure the best outcome of the procedure as well
as the safety of the patient and will follow the instructions of Dr.
Stelnicki.
Pilates mat workout and Arm weight series without any added resistance
or equipment as well as stretching will be administered between the
third and sixth week of recovery.

ABDOMINOPLASTY
Pre-Op Pilates Programming
The program will focus on core strength as well as strengthening of
the Pelvic floor and back muscles and balance the body alignment and
posture. Stretching of the abdominals and the hip flexor muscles will
be part not only of the studio work but also part of the home program.
It is recommended that the patient starts the program at least 14 days
prior to the procedure.
After a detailed postural and strength assessment the patient will
start the program utilizing the Pilates Reformer to stabilize and
strengthen the core and back muscles, the Pilates Cadillac to
strengthen the core and the extremities and the Pilates High Chair to
ensure correct posture and alignment, which will speed up the
patient’s recovery.
Post-Op Pilates Program
The patient has to be cleared by Dr.
Stelnicki to start with the Pilates Program. The staff of ProPilates
Studio will work very close with Dr. Stelnicki’s office to ensure the
best outcome of the procedure as well as the safety of the patient and
will follow the instructions of Dr. Stelnicki.
The Post-Op Program will focus on progressive stretching of the
abdominal, the hip flexor and back muscles utilizing all Pilates
equipment.

BREAST AUGMENTATION
Pre-Op Pilates Programming
The emphasis of the program will be on overall strength as well as
correct posture and alignment. After a detailed assessment based on
the Pilates professional’s observation a program will be designed to
strengthen the upper back muscles using the Pilates Cadillac and to
stretch the chest and shoulder area using the Pilates Spine corrector
and the Pilates Reformer to ensure the overall strength and
flexibility of the patient. The Pilates mat will be part of the home
program to allow the patient to continue movement after the procedure.
Post-Op Pilates Program
The patient has to be cleared by Dr.
Stelnicki to start with the Pilates Program. The staff of ProPilates
Studio will work very close with Dr. Stelnicki’s office to ensure the
best outcome of the procedure as well as the safety of the patient and
will follow the instructions of Dr. Stelnicki.
The patient will start with mild exercises to restore the Range of
Motion like the Pilates mat exercises, no added resistance or
equipment will be used in the beginning to ensure the proper recovery
after the procedure.

FACE LIFT
Pre-Op Pilates Programming
The patient will be assessed to determine
the postural alignment and strength. Based on the assessment a Pilates
program will be designed to strengthen the neck and educate the
patient about proper posture and alignment. Home program will be
necessary to enforce the reeducation of the musculature and will be
based on the Pilates mat work as well as arm weights series and the
wall exercises.
Post-Op Program
The patient has to be cleared by Dr.
Stelnicki to start with the Pilates Program. The staff of ProPilates
Studio will work very close with Dr. Stelnicki’s office to ensure the
best outcome of the procedure as well as the safety of the patient and
will follow the instructions of Dr. Stelnicki.
